The specific goal of the African-American Lupus Foundation, Inc. (AALF, Inc.) is to educate the communities, health care providers, government social services, businesses and community partners about Lupus, mental health and mental health problems associated with Lupus for children and adults. AALF, Inc. also seeks to build health care support, jobs and career development for victims who have been locked out of health care, jobs and career development.

Within the context of those goals and objectives, the AALF, Inc. is a unique and immediate practical answer. Working with business partners under the Community Reinvestment Act, the African American Lupus Foundation will utilize a proven method with a blue print to assist Lupus victims to replace poor habits with good habits. The AALF, Inc. will provide clients with a customized instructional curriculum for success in personal money managemtnt, including special resources for buying a home, investing and starting and managing a small business using various home-based methods and models.
