Clients may be assigned to individual case managers who will act as their advocate. Case management services include:

• home visits;
• hospital visits;
• visits with clients to other agencies;
• mentoring clients in developing home businesses from a virtual office online.

All clients must be processed through our intake procedures. Registration for case management may be taken over the telephone but a completed registration form must be submitted before services are rendered.
